No prior yoga needed to join us for a beginner class. Truly, so join us! This class is also for those who want a Basic Class and enjoy a more instructional slower pace. All of the basics of yoga are covered, the movements, breathwork, intro to meditation and welcoming environment. This is the way to get it all going!
In this all-levels Vinyasa class we will focus on linking our breath with movement as we Flow from one pose to the next. We will work to
build strength and flexibility in both mind and body as we explore the movements. Whether it’s your first time on a yoga mat or you’ve been practicing for years, this class is appropriate for you!
All Levels, Shapes & Sizes
This class is for All Levels. If you are brand new to yoga, but have some sense of body awareness or an established fitness program of some sort you will be fine in this class. This class is designed so that everyone in attendance goes to what is “full” for them in any given posture (asana). Outwardly, the forms may look varied and different, but all students meet in the space of what represents a quality of fullest expression, safely guided by our experienced staff. Come to this class knowing that you be in a supportive group with a mix of practitioners from new to seasoned. You will be amazed at what you learn by the mix!
Fusion is a beautiful blend of yoga flow, kettlebell & restorative training to form a powerfully well-rounded and comprehensive system for body, mind and spirit. We flow, we strengthen, we flow, we strengthen, followed by a deep stretch and deep rest. This class is a great way to end the week and start the weekend having nourished and balanced your entire self. Amazing for beginners to advanced practitioners. Everyone works at their own pace, and with the amount of resistance they feel comfortable with.
This class is designed as an accessible, affordable, expertly taught flow yoga class that offers clear and specific alignment instructions for each pose in order to promote safety. You will become strong and flexible. It is not appropriate for students with injuries or significant limitations. Yogahour aims to be the most doable yet difficult one-hour flow class offered. Prepare to sweat the room is 80-85 degrees and you will bring the heat!
This class is an ongoing more doable version of yogahour. Meaning you never have to graduate. It is the same one hour of play and power—a fun rockin flow class with music, just more accessible and less sweaty.
This class is a great way to start your day, whether you’re a beginner or practice regularly you will learn and grow and feel amazing both inside and out.
Qigong for Health
Qigong (Chee Kung) is an ancient system of movement, breathing and meditation designed to promote flexibility, balance, and enhance health and spirituality. Practice will involve slow flowing movement, deep rhythmic breathing, static and moving meditation, and self massage techniques. Numerous recent studies have shown the benefits to Qigong especially for persons recovering from illness or injury and for seniors in general!
Connect with your power and total body strength with this high energy kettlebell workout. Learn the importance of form with basic movements and proper kettlebell technique. And have some fitness fun with creative and dynamic ways to work your mind, body and spirit!
We begin with breath work, simple, gentle movements to warm up, and then long luxurious holds to relax and open. This class is powerful and all about relaxing and letting go.
Rest-Restore-Renew Ball Class
Eat-Sleep-Roll-Repeat – we are having a fabulous time in this class. You could even go so far as to say we are having a BALL!
This all levels 75-minute class combines the heat building style of Vinyasa Yoga and the cooling, meditative style of Yin Yoga. We’ll move through a series of poses that will invigorate and build power then shift into quiet, restorative shapes that will leave you feeling strong, supple and relaxed.
This is a great cardio workout that will strengthen, tighten and tone, using a combination of moves from low impact aerobics, plyometrics, rag drag and kettlebell. Each class ends with deep Yoga Stretching a 10 minute Meditation and Relaxation.
